App Content You Provide

Payment Information

If you subscribe to KitchenSense Premium, payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our servers. We receive limited information such as your subscription status, plan, and the last four digits of your card.

Usage and Device Data

We may automatically collect technical data such as device type, operating system, app version, language, crash reports, and basic usage analytics to help us improve the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and personalise the App's features, including recipe suggestions based on your pantry and preferences.
• To process your subscription and manage your account.
• To send transactional emails (e.g. trial reminders, receipts) and, with your consent, occasional product updates.
• To improve our AI features, fix bugs, and analyse aggregated usage trends.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. AI and Third-Party Processors

Some features (such as ingredient recognition, recipe generation, and nutrition analysis) rely on third-party AI providers. Content you submit to use these features (e.g. photos, ingredient lists) may be sent to these providers for processing under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal data.

We only share your personal information with:

• Service providers (hosting, analytics, AI, payments, email) under strict confidentiality.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights or users.
